Acme Best Corp seeks that working environment are safe, workers are treated with respect and dignity, fairly and ethical business operations, and also devote to environment protection, comply with the laws, rules and regulations of the countries.

Labor Policy

We believe respecting for human rights and creating a safe working environment with dignity is important to us . We promise to take social responsibility to protect the human rights and provide a safe working environment.   Our labor policy is as bellow.      

 

CHILD LABOR

We are committed to local laws and regulations on minimum age requirements and  adopt a zero-tolerance policy on child labor . We do not hire child labor. In

addition, we also do not accept the use of child labor by any supplier or contractor.

 

NON-DISCRIMINATION-NON HARASSMENT

Any discrimination based on the race, skin color, age, gender, sexual

orientation, gender identity and gender expression, race or ethnicity, disability,

pregnancy, religious beliefs, political affiliation, union membership, veteran status

protected genetic information or marital status are prohibited ; All employees enjoy equal development opportunities in hiring, performance evaluation, salary,

opportunities for training, and promotion. We cooperate with suppliers that

comply with the aforementioned principles and apply the same rules to employee

recruitment.Workers shall be provided with reasonable accommodation for

eligious practices. In addition, workers or  potential workers should not be

subjected to medical tests or physical exams that could be used in a

discriminatory way, including pregnancy or virginity tests.

 

HUMANE TREATMENT

There is to be no harsh and inhumane treatment including violence, gender-based violence, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, bullying, public shaming, or verbal abuse of workers; nor is there to be the threat of any such treatment. Disciplinary policies and procedures in support of these requirements is clearly defined and communicated to workers.

The employment relationship is established with written labor contracts signed by

the two parties based on their agreement. Employees have the right to leave their

jobs with reasonable notice and we ensure all employment conditions are

voluntary. We do not accept the use of forced labor by any supplier or contractor.

We provide open and smooth communication channels between employees and

the management and we provide education on company policies, systems,

benefits, and operating procedures for various activities. We provide feedback and

activities. We provide feedback and harmonious labor/management

SALARIES AND BENEFITS

We provide salaries and benefits that meet or exceed requirements in local

regulations including a minimum wage, paid leave, and mandatory benefits to

RESONABLE WORK HOURS

We established clear and reasonable work hour management mechanisms that
